2023–24 Topps Premium Black and White Paris Saint-Germain offers a high-end club-specific release, with every card in the product numbered to 49 or fewer. Each hobby box delivers one autograph, one relic, one autograph relic, and two base cards. The base set includes 50 cards, split evenly between Black and White designs, both showcasing the same group of PSG players.

Autograph content features Premium Autographs and Premium Black Autographs, with many cards signed on-card. Relic-driven designs expand the checklist with Premium Autograph Relics, Eiffel Tower Autograph Relics, and Third Kit Autograph Relics.
