2022–23 Topps Inception UEFA Club Competitions marked the third year of the online-exclusive product, spotlighting players from the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League, and Women’s Champions League. Each box contains seven cards, including one autograph and two base parallels.

The autograph lineup includes Autographs, Dual Autographs, Autograph Relics, Dual Autograph Books, and Dual Auto Relic Books. The release also introduced on-card Silver Signings autographs for the first time, available in both single and dual formats. Relics were also added to the product for the first time, expanding the mix of premium content available alongside the established autograph focus.
