2021–22 Topps Finest Flashbacks UEFA takes collectors on a nostalgic journey by blending retro design with modern football stars, marking the first time the Finest Flashbacks brand has appeared in the sport. Inspired by the 1993 Topps Finest Baseball release, this online-exclusive collection reimagines the vintage aesthetic in a sleek chromium finish, bridging past and present in classic Topps fashion.

The base set features 199 cards, recreating the iconic 1993 Finest design but with a modern lineup of Europe’s top footballers. Alongside the standard base cards, collectors can find specially designed Finest All-Stars cards spotlighting standout performers. Each Hobby box includes one Refractor, with additional rarer parallels including Gold (1:45 packs), Prism (1:65), Black (1:91), Red (1:455), and Superfractor (1:2,279) versions.

Autographs are extremely limited, averaging one per case, and come in three styles: 1993 Football’s Finest Autographs, 1993 Football’s Finest All-Star Autographs (18 cards each), and Rookie Image Variations Autographs (five cards). Each signature is presented on the retro design, combining timeless visuals with elite football talent such as Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, and Jamal Musiala.

The only insert set, 1993 Finest Jumbo All-Stars, acts as a box topper and contains 33 oversized cards, adding a unique display-worthy element to the collection.

With its faithful 1990s styling, chrome finish, and ultra-rare parallels, Topps Finest Flashbacks 2021–22 brings a wave of nostalgia to UEFA collectors while showcasing today’s brightest stars through the lens of a true Topps classic.
